Survey on Support Services 2019
In order to enhance our service to students and teachers, the School conducts regular school-wide Survey on Support Services since the 2010/11 academic year to collect users’ views on our teaching and learning support services.
In the 2019 Survey, we processed a total of 1,983 questionnaires. I am pleased to share with you that the 2019 weighted average ratings of the three overall satisfaction items, namely “Facilities in the Learning Centre”, “Student Enquiry Services” and “IT Services”, were at a comparable level as those of past several years. The ratings of the three overall satisfaction items in 2017 – 2019 are as follows:

We treasure the feedback received through the Surveys in the past few years. On-going review and initiatives have taken place for service enhancement, such as enhancing the feature of online payment, upgrading IT teaching facilities and SOUL platform, monitoring and strengthening the maintenance and hygiene condition of teaching venues, and improving the service provision of vending machines.
The School deeply appreciates comments from students and teachers to help us improve the quality of services and the effective use of resources.
