Special Arrangements for Application for Transcript

 

 

Since the HPSHCC campus is closed to students and the public, students who would like to apply for official transcript / submitted an application for official transcripts before should pay attention to the following special arrangements for application for transcript:

 

For students who would like to apply for official transcripts

 

You should follow the below procedures to apply for official transcripts:

 

Step 1:            Complete the form Application for Transcript (HP42-TRN) (with mailing address provided)

As we are not offering students the option of picking up the transcripts at HPSHCC, we will send the transcripts to you by post instead. You are reminded to write down your mailing address on the application form. The College accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of transcripts during postal delivery.

 

The form Application for Transcript (HP42-TRN) is attached to this notice. It could also be found under “Student Services Forms” of “My Resources” in Learner Portal. (This form is a fillable PDF form. You can simply open the PDF file and type in information)

 

Step 2:            Pay the application fee by ATM transfer. Collect the ATM Customer Advice from ATM (Or use online banking to transfer and save the transaction record)

Please pay the exact amount of application fee by ATM transfer to the following account and collect the ATM Customer Advice from ATM when the transaction is completed:

You can also use online banking to transfer the application fee to the above bank account no. and save the transaction record. However, you have to check whether transfer to other bank is allowed and such transaction will incur handling charge or not beforehand.

 

The application fee is calculated according to the no. of copies applied for. Excess payment will not be refunded.

 

Step 3:            Email the application form and the scanned / photo copy of the ATM Customer Advice (with Student ID written on the Advice). Keep the original Advice (For payment using online banking, provide us the transaction record)

You need to send your application form together with the scanned / photo copy of  the ATM Customer Advice to exam.records@hkuspace-plk.hku.hk by email. Please write down your Student ID and your name on the ATM Customer Advice before making the scanned / photo copy of it. You should keep the original copy of the ATM Customer Advice at least 3 months from the date of application as we may require you to submit it to us when necessary.

 

If you settle the payment by using online banking, you are required to send your application form together with the transaction record of the payment to exam.records@hkuspace-plk.hku.hk by email. The transaction record should clearly show your Student ID and also your name.

 

An acknowledgement will be sent to you by email upon receipt of your application.

 

The normal processing time for an application is at least two weeks from the date of application and the application result will be announced through the Learner Portal. You can check the notice on the Learner Portal for the result nearer the time. The transcripts will be sent to you by post according to the mailing address on the application form.

 

For students submitted an application for transcript before

 

If you have chosen to pick up the transcripts at HPSHCC on the application form submitted before, we will send the transcripts to your correspondence address by post instead. If you have changed your correspondence address, please inform us by sending an email to exam.records@hkuspace-plk.hku.hk before 14 February 2020 (Fri).
