Google has announced that G Suite for Education (Google Apps) is now known as Google Workspace for Education and has a new storage policy. The existing unlimited storage for education will end in July 2022.
A storage quota of 100GB per user (existing) and 1GB per user (new) is imposed. To prepare for the change, please review your current storage usage, https://drive.google.com/settings/storage, and reduce your total storage to within 100GB by clearing space in Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, https://support.google.com/drive/answer/6374270?hl=en.
HKUSPACE ITS has successfully migrated Learner email from Google Gmail to Microsoft Outlook. You are encouraged to migrate your files from Google Drive to Microsoft OneDrive, https://o365-learner.hkuspace.hku.hk.
