Release of Student Timetable (Semester 1, 2024-25)
Your timetable of Semester 1, 2024-25 has been released on SCORE. Please view your timetable under “My Class Schedule” in List View or Weekly Calendar View. As the term start date is Friday, 13 September 2024, and 18 Sep 2024 (Wed) is a public holiday (The day following the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival), you need to click on the “Next Week” button and go to “Week of 23/9/2024 - 29/9/2024” to view your full weekly class schedule in Weekly Calendar View. The Guideline on Retrieving and Printing the School Timetable from SCORE is attached for your easy reference.
1. Blockoff Timeslot(s) on your Timetable
Please be reminded to check the CLASS NOTES under your timetable for the Blockoff Timeslot(s) (HPBO9999) / some specific courses/classes. The Programme Team/ Teacher will inform you of the date, exact time and location of the activities/tutorials to be held during lessons in the first week or via SOUL/ Leaner Portal.
If no activities/ tutorials/ tests are arranged in the blockoff timeslot, students are free for that timeslot.
The EXAMPLES of blockoff shown below are for some of the programmes, there might be some other type(s) of blockoff for your specific programme/course. Please check the details on your timetable on SCORE:

2. Students are reminded to check the College Academic Calendar (as attached) for the special teaching arrangement, e.g. Suspension of Classes, Public Holidays, etc., as suspended classes will be shown as normal on SCORE system on some of these special days.
3. Please check and ensure that the courses/classes you are taking fulfill the curricular requirement of your own programme. Should you find any discrepancy, please report to the College Office immediately.
4. Details of the “Class Swapping Exercise” will be announced in another Learner Portal Message.
Duration of Class Swapping for Generic Courses:
10:30 am, 9 September 2024 (Monday) to 5:00 pm, 11 September 2024 (Wednesday)
5. It is the final chance for you to submit your Application for Course Exemption with supporting documents and application fee to the College Office, 18/F, HPSHCC or email to hpshcc10@hkuspace-plk.hku.hk or hpshcc13@hkuspace-plk.hku.hk by 5:30pm, 20 September 2024 (the latest). Late application will NOT be processed.
