Application for Reference Letter for Further Studies (2024-25)

Students may apply for reference letters for further studies. The official reference letters should be submitted to the universities by the referee or HPSHCC Office directly.

In requesting for a reference letter, please read the highlights below and “Notes to Students” (enclosed, can be downloaded on Learner Portal > My Resources > Student Services Forms > eform-REF) carefully before submitting your application via eForm: https://eform.hkuspace-plk.hku.hk/form/application-for-reference-letter/entry . The application procedures are NOT applied to the “College Principal’s Recommendation Scheme”.

Referee

• Lecturer or Programme Coordinator or Programme Leader can be your referee
• ONE referee can be invited in the same academic year
• One application form can include more than one university

Processing Time

• It may take around 3 weeks for processing after receiving your application for reference letter with all necessary documents
• An email notification will be sent to you after the reference letters have been submitted to the universities
