We are pleased to announce that the enhanced Student Self-Service Centre in SCORE was successfully launched on 10 June 2026.

The enhancement introduces new Fluid pages, providing a refreshed interface and a more consistent user experience across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.

What You Need to Know

1. Access via Learner Portal and HKU SPACE Mobile App
Learners may access the enhanced Student Self-Service Centre through the Learner Portal. Access via the SCORE icon on the HKU SPACE Mobile App is currently being arranged and will be available in due course.

2. Recommendation for Best Experience
For the best viewing and navigation experience, users are advised to access the Student Self-Service Centre using a desktop computer.

When accessing the service on a mobile device or tablet, users are recommended to view the screen in landscape orientation.

The enhanced interface is designed to support access across different device types and screen sizes, while maintaining a common and intuitive user experience.
