Following our initial preview phases, we are pleased to announce the official rollout of Gemini Enterprise for Education (Gemini Enterprise) to all Full-time students, marking another major milestone in the School’s AI Transformation journey.

Gemini Enterprise is Google’s enterprise AI platform designed specifically for education. It provides advanced AI capabilities equipped with enterprise-grade privacy and security safeguards—ensuring that institutional data and user prompts are fully protected and never used to train public AI models.

What Gemini Enterprise Can Help You Do

Gemini Enterprise offers powerful tools to enhance both teaching preparation and academic study:

• For Full-Time Students:
  • Study & Research Assistance: Summarise extensive readings, lecture notes, and research articles.
  • Writing & Refining: Translate, brainstorm outlines, proofread drafts, and polish academic writing.
  • Interactive Learning: Formulate practice questions, clarify complex concepts, and explore new subjects.

Note for Part-time Students: Access arrangements will vary according to the respective programme and rollout phase. GE access is not yet generally available to part-time students. Further details on applicable access arrangements will be communicated as each phase is introduced.
